Seems like engagement and new posts have dropped off a cliff recently. What’s the cause? Anyone know?

    Feddit.de is experiencing federation issues since the update to 0.19.1. There are posts there locally but they don’t get pushed to other instances at the moment.

    This community is hosted on feddit.de, which has been upgraded to Lemmy 0.19.0 and then to 0.19.1. There are bugs in those version that affect federation to other instances and cause a huge amount of error messages for users when browsing the site. Since a downgrade is not supported, the only way forward is waiting for a fix.

        Feddit-internally does work, it’s just the federation to other instances that’s affected (posted from feddit too). Currently the sync to other instances only works once every 24h or something to that extent…
