yeah I chose kbin because out of the options I found at the time I liked it best. Im not going to make a new account somewhere unless either kbin just gets bad for some reason (and im not someone who jumps ship due to a day or two it would have to be extensive) or some other thing would have to have some sort of amazing features that made it worthwhile and given I like simplicity overall I doubt that will happen.

gah. no offense to karma sluts but my main hope is the federation would be made up of the reddit folks who don’t care about karma and only know about it because of the insistent posts about karma. Unfortunately its global. The internet allows for low number groups to coalesce and have a strong impact. Particularly if their members have time on their hands. Every small town as that one crazy person and in a city there was one almost always pacing around any particular accesible location like 7/11 and many on the street. They can now talk with each other and they influence the less crazy but bored but again with a lot of time to be online. There are now global forces harnessing this. Much of US stuff is influenced byrupert murdoch who is austalian and there was some equivalent nutter media guy from canada. The chinese are learning from the russians to just work at creating strife online as an overal favorable thing (helps keep inaction and impotency in their neighbors). Unfortunately the world is currently a paradise for bad actors.

yeah. they advertise it as a bedroom but I would not be surprised if the paperwork did something like you say. Many of the traditional things have been being slanted for decades. what is called a studio nowadays would be called an efficiency when I was young.

Not in chicago. Very common to have a bedroom that is almost right in the middle of the condo. door to the rest of the condo but not outside. Maybe they get away on some technicality bit its a common thing I have seen. It allows them to do these thin long condos in the high rises

That increase is square footage with additions bedrooms is strange and seems a bit limited. I feel they are working under the theory all bedrooms have to have windows. We have one bedroom cooridoor condos that only have windows in the living space and the bedroom is windowless. The tree bedroom could easily have two on the left with a bathroom between them but one would be windowless and then the square footage would not need to be blown up.

three bedrooms exist but are way costly compared to one or two bedrooms such that people might as well buy a detached house. Then also a condo will have much less general space. basements, attics, yards, and garages mean that even a rinky little two bedroom house will have much more space than a four bedroom condo.

This always annoys me about these. They should have a plan for everyone no matter what that covers two dental exam/cleanings and if you do both you earn like 100 in dental work credit that you can accumulate year to year. This would maximally incentivize maintenance which saves money in the long run. I think medical should be similar. Credits to get care that is normally outside of the system or something if you do your yearly.
