We can’t even merge similar/identical communities across federated servers and now we have this idea?
Won’t matter if they can just repeat the same trick. We have to do something… now.
If this is such a “good” idea, why not put their company names on the ad?

FYI: the federal public service employees are being forced to go to the office 2-3days or more. Most have no operational need to go to the office. Meetings the office are still done via MsTeams!

you need to also fix the SUPPLY side of the issue:
- Ban AirBnb-like month+ long rentals
- Ban ownership of homes for the SOLE purpose of renting out
- Ban Rental of homes to AirBnB sharks who then rent out for short terms (Aka Montreal Shuffle)
But that’s where most immigrants live!
Politicians are punished if proactive and praised (and re-elected) if reactive.
Look at the Carbon tax now. When the equator is a no-mans-land and tornadoes are the norm, Carbon tax will seem like a “why didn’t you do it back then” idea.
