Pretty much figured that. I have seen one which shines it at the filter which 🤷♀️ maybe does something but yeah, probably the better way if someone really wanted to do that is to evacuate the room and just have the light in there for a bit but even having one of those bulbs around without interlocks is kinda dangerous. All the danger of staring at someone welding without the super bright light to make you look away.
I don’t really know what air filters filter out can they remove CO2
They filter particulates, CO2 is a gas. Some also have UV-C lights for killing microbes, and some have ozone generators which, despite making things smell clean, should not be run near people.
If you want to “filter” CO2 out you need what’s called and carbon-dioxide scrubber, like what’s used in rebreathers for divers, submarines, and the space station.
I need rolls of cloth from it like you can get fiberglass, kevlar/aramid, and carbon fiber.
I do wonder about it’s strength to weight ratio though.
Like, it’s 6x stronger than aramid fiber but if it’s 6x heavier then it doesn’t really help. Also how’s it compare to carbon fiber?
Every time I’ve seen one of these statistics so far it’s been in the ballpark for kbin.social and lemmy.world
I keep seeing this said about lemmy but kbin was identical to any other site. So I looked up what the process is for lemmy and, aside from like 2 glitches to look out for it was exactly the same.
Please tell me what is difficult.
Yeah. At that point, get a wagon and a trailer. That’s my current setup but I am pushing the limits of it. 3 people + luggage + trailer + 2x 500lb bikes is really more than that flat 4 and CVT wants. I’m already having to do suspension mods to make it more comfortable and I’m still (officially) 700lbs under the tow rating.
