Are you using their modem AND router? Or just their modem? If it’s a modem router combo, can you place it in bridge/passthrough mode?
Even if it’s CGNAT and no bridge mode, their are solutions available.

I assume you mean Article 5, and no, yes, maybe, but probably no.
Article 5’s requirement is that the members convene to discuss a response to an attack, not an obligation to attack.
Furthermore, this sounds more like an even dumber dumb Watergate, but with arguably, a moral justification i.e. covert burglary, maybe even armed robbery, for vaccines contracted to the UK.

I rarely use Reddit anymore. One feature that Lemmy is missing is standarized multi-sub/community groupings.
Only one client I’ve found has implemented it, so I THINK it’s client side, but regardless, I wish it was standard across all clients to create community groups instead of having to go to each individual community, or subscribed/local/all.

Controlled opposition doesn’t require direct collusion, but it doesn’t preclude it either. It just means he’s useful for Putin maintaining democratic legitimacy or even just the illusion of it.
Regardless, if he was an actual threat to Putin, he wouldn’t be allowed to remain in any elected office.
