Fair enough
I know, but this is the way I read it when they claim to give no option.
Proxmox, Xen, hyper-v are all considered type 1 as far as I’m aware.
Depends which community you ask 🤣. It was definitely high availability first though.
Hyper-v is definitely wisely used…
Lots of hypervisors support windows. Ie proxmox
If you’re already running windows, hyper-v. theres proxmox, and tons of others. So they are mistaken. 🤣
This is a surefire way to get a letter from your ISP or authorities.
Shit my bad it was what. So hard to keep a ratio
Canadians are going into debt because of everything.
Like… Plex with plexamp? Or jellyfin with finamp?
Man it was so hard for me to maintain ratio on oink. I didn’t have anything new to bring to the table and that was why. I had to invest time to target certain popular music in hopes to seed some of it. Then it got shut down.
Heh. I never thought about it this way. I just need to finish downloading my Spotify playlists I guess, then plexamp l the way
I built my 10ish TB (usable after raidz2) system in 2015. I did some drive swaps but I think it might have actually been a shoddy power cable that was the problem and the disks may have been fine.
Sign on with Freedom if you can. They’re now owned by Videotron/Quebecor, completely independent of those shitheads. I’ve been with them for around 10 years I think, back when they were still wind mobile. Service is a bit spotty at times but they frequently have those all of canada/usa plans which are great.
I feel like I’ve always missed something with Usenet. Like I don’t fully understand it. I understand what newsgroups were back in the day I think - basically forums hosted by your ISP and people broke files into segments to spread them across posts or whatever, then you’d combine them and have a file. These would be super fast because it’s over your link to your ISP, but I don’t get how it’s still alive and well and not taken down.
One other thing that sucks is lack of cast support on finamp and 90% of the time when I reopen the app it’s lost the progress of what I was listening to. Ui is worse than plexamp but a long shot imo.
I think I started using this after spotify-ripper stopped working because of some library deprecation, but found it wasn’t as good. No album art or ID3 tags, which spotify-ripper did do.
So it uses torrents and not Spotify to download? That’s a downer.
Because he’s a fortune teller. Or he thinks he is.
