I mean … tea spoon out of the ocean mate. So many other more impactful things to do.
I’ve bought a lot of 4K movies/TV shows on Google Movies and they’re all 480 on my browser. Support tell me they understand my frustrations and say I gotta use Safari or Edge or something and they’re like 720P or something. I’m like, oh great, thanks.
Firefox and Piracy seem more alluring to me.
A lot of Canadians can be bothered by it. I’ve seen them bothered by it. It’s sorta cute.
However, I’m ethnically Chinese (born in UK) and the ongoing joke is how Asians (Orientals if you’re from the UK) hate being confused for one another as well.
Also, not gonna lie, I’ve confused Taiwanese/Chinese/Japanese/Korean/what-have-you people before. However, I don’t get called racist because I’m East-Asian :P
Here’s the deal. I don’t care … people are rarely ever doing it to get a rise out of you. Most of the time, these are conversation starters. Also, I’m a Chinese-Brit that was confused for being Japanese growing up. Then I moved to Canada and when I said I grew up in London. They all thought I meant London Ontario because apparently London England didn’t exist. Then I moved back to Canada and they all thought I was American.
I quite like Reacher, most people like The Boys, I’ve heard good things about Good Omens.
I don’t think it’s super easy on an individual basis. I think for regular people it’ll be a really difficult transition. However, given the solutions we’re coming up with, and with the effects we’re having on the environment … it’s definitely easier relatively speaking.
I think that even cutting meat out a few days a week or going vegetarian than full-blown vegan would have a great effect too. Probably both on health and the environment.
To be fair I skimmed the article and I don’t see the: “we let them sentiment in it” … I think that may be a bit of editorial liberty.
The articles does seem to empathize with us:
Advice for consumers for much of the past year has boiled down to either trying to cut back on expenses, or increasing income, but Stanford says it’s misleading to put the onus on consumers to solve inflation, since they’re the ones bearing the disproportionate burden of it.
I got a SodaStream and love it. I feel better about no throwing away as much plastic every time I want a drink. I love water but sometimes I need some variety and it fills that gap quite well.

For a lot of super rich people, donations in the US is a tax dodge.
Benson and the other person are real Canadians. Taking to the pilot and explaining the situation. Once again Air Canada shows why it’s a piece of shit airline at the end of the day though.

Free speech includes letters! The greatest injustice to anyone ever. Everyone knows she’s innocent. It’s the corrupt media!
Honestly, I hope she sees the errors of her way.
Only one I’ve noticed was the Tesla chargers at Markville Mall.
This is what wealthy people think of the working class:

(it’s Jon Stewart, telling a story about meeting a lot of rich people and them describing the economy of the future)
Your description of it reminds me of LinkedIn.
I think they’re just happier than the alternative which is in their mind was not being liable at all.
I think you’ve got a great point though. We can only hope there’s new discount chat journeys that get published to give us periodic discounts.
