You mentioning the car thing is so true. Anytime you mention stuff about cars here, you’ll get the typical comment reply using it as a soapbox platform to say how cars are the devil.
The FuckCars users are some of the most toxic people on this site. It’s not even worth arguing with them.

I think I noticed that if a commenter deleted their comment then the total comments would go down by 1. On a post with only one comment that also got deleted, it made it show as -1 comments.
Is there a community where people are posting what they want to make on this? I got some free time today to help.
I absolutely loved learning C# a few years ago. I haven’t touched programming since my last C# class and I’m probably going to relearn it later this week.

WefWef app on Android. It’s been pretty great and seeing it get updates every day with new improvements is nice.
I switched back to Android right before Apollo came out so I never had experience with that. This is supposedly just like it with fewer features. Even so, I can see why people loved Apollo so much if it resembled WefWef even slightly.
It’s honestly depressing at how Lemmy has turned over the last few months since I joined. I would now never mention I use the site or recommend it to others. There’s just too many fucking landmines for new users to step over to have a good experience here.
I’m sticking with it for the time being, but I don’t see myself ever using it again if it gets worse.
