Kemono seems to be the best general option. But, like all the options, it relies on a user who pays for the patreon uploading content. It’s also limited in that it just scrapes patreon posts, and doesn’t get things sent out via dm, which is becoming more popular. Your next best option would be the usual suite of image boorus. But those tend to have their own issues, since they aren’t built around scraping bots.
